Can't Tolerate Your CPAP?

How Does a Sleep Appliance Work?

An oral appliance fits over your teeth like an Invisalign tray while you sleep and supports your jaw in a forward position to keep your airway open. A custom-fit oral appliance can improve your sleep, restore your alertness, and revitalize your health.

If you and your doctor decide that oral appliance therapy is the best treatment option for you, your doctor will write a prescription and refer you to Dr. Crystal Morris who can make a custom-fit oral appliance. Dr. Crystal Morris will provide ongoing treatment to make sure your appliance remains comfortable and effective.

Can't Tolerate Your CPAP?

Dr. Crystal Morris

Founder of True Sleep

In 2017, after giving birth to twins, Dr. Morris and one of her twins were diagnosed with sleep apnea. Drawing on her profound love for learning and continuing education, she immersed herself in learning about Sleep Disordered Breathing.

This journey led Dr. Morris to realize there is a massive need for awareness and treatment of Sleep Apnea.  1 in 5 Americans have undiagnosed Sleep Apnea. The majority of patients who are diagnosed have been given a CPAP for therapy, but are not compliant- and therefore are not treating their Sleep Apnea.  She is on a mission to help those suffering from Sleep Apnea discover the life changing benefits of OAT (Oral Appliance Therapy) as an alternative to CPAP therapy.

Her personal experience allows her to connect with her patients, understand them and offer unparalleled compassion. She is passionate about helping others find a solution that can greatly improve their quality of life.

"It is not just exciting to me to be able to serve patients, it is an honor. Treating sleep apnea is nothing short of life-changing. I truly believe I am helping to change thousands of peoples’ lives. True Sleep will help them find much better health, with a huge increase in quality of life."
